Welcome to Central PA's best paranormal group, Clearfield County Paranormal Investigations.  We are located in southern Clearfield County.  With the use of state of the art equipment CCPI documents photographic, video and audio evidence to further the research of life after death.

Bill Washell is the founder and director of CCPI.  Though this group appears new, Bill has been working in the paranormal field for 12 years.  He is an expert at EVP, as well as photography and analyzing data.  His expertise has been sought after by paranormal groups all over the world.

Bill and Nancy taught Adult Ed classes in the art of Electronic Voice Phenomenon and Ghost Hunting 101 for 5 years around Maine. From 1998 to 2006 Bill lived in Maine and directed one of the most successful groups in New England, MPRA.  MPRA hosted 6 conferences, led haunted tours, gave lectures and consulted with other groups to compare and share data and information.

CCPI is a not for profit group and does not charge for investigations. We do however, ask for help with travel expenses on  a case by case basis.  (Unfortunately with the prices these days this has become a necessity.) All equipment and supplies come out of our own pockets.  We also welcome any donations to help keep this free for those that cannot afford travel expenses.   

CCPI documents all evidence, which is kept at a level of confidentiality of the client's comfort level.  All records are kept in the event they will be needed or helpful at a later date.

CCPI is very sensitive to the needs of the clients. When children are involved, the utmost care is taken to ensure their safety.  Our main goal is to make our clients comfortable with what is happening around them.  Each and every case is a priority. While we are in the process of building up our case files here in PA, we have added data from some of our cases from Maine so you can see the type of work we put forth.
